Planning to travel to Asia for 1 month (China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, HongKong), wonder anyone has any experience with an Asia Air Pass. I already have roundtrip tickets to HongKong. Thanks.

You are not going to have long in each country! Without a flight pass, you will find flights to Japan from HKG expensive, while flights to Malaysia and Vietnam (HCMC) can be very reasonable. By crossing the border and flying from Shenzhen, internal China flights can also be very reasonable.
Personally, unless you just one to visit major cities and airports, I%26#39;d reduce the number of countries to one or two.
