Suggestions for a view-loving smoking solo traveller

Dear Hong Kong Forum,

I would be very grateful if someone could suggest a hotel where I could get a Kowloon hotel with a high floor smoking room and a warmed swimming pool for two nights please?

The Langham Place Club Room looked as if it might be a good match but it%26#39;s a bit expensive for me at 4,500 HKD.

I was hoping to pay not more than 3000 HKD for the total of two nights. Thanks in advance for any help given.

Dunno exactly, but look at Metropark CWB website. Can%26#39;t remember if pool heated tho.

Hi,you could try the following hotels in Kowloon:-

1).Renaissance

2).Eaton

3). Intercontinental

4).Harbour Plaza Metropolis

5). Nikko

6). Marco Polo

Sincerely,where you have stated that your budget is not more than HKD3,000 for two nights,i.e. HKD1,500/night,and in a hotel with heated swimming pool and on higher floor room-it will be rather difficult.

Most hotels with heated swimming pool are of 5stars,and unless it is special opening rates/promotional rates,a room at HKD1,500/night inclusive of service charge could be hard to come by;nonetheless, am sure other TA forumers will provide further suggestions.

However, there is one hotel,though not in Kowloon,but over in HK island,which shall be opening in June 2009,and their special opening price befits your budgeted figure,and it has heated pool.The hotel is known as Harbour Grand North Point. On the southern district of HK island.Quite convenient also,as the Fortress Hill MTR station is within short walking distance from the hotel.
