Accommodations in Deqin and Lugu Lake

I cannot find much information on hotels in Deqin and Lugu Lake areas. Can someone please provide some recommendations?

Is it better to stay in Deqin or Feilai Si?

I been to Deqin (shangrila) last Feb,no need to book hotel in advance,in the city you can easily find hotel,not very good condition,in feb it was cold there,the room is not that nice.

Lugu lake i never been to so can%26#39;t comment.fRom what i read if you go to Feilai si you have to stay there for one night otherwise not enough time,but i am not sure,do more research

In Lugu Lake there are many small guesthouses and hostels. I stayed in Lige 閲屾牸 at the International Youth Hostel; it was fine - had a balcony, but there are many options. Make sure you stay a couple of days at least.

In Deqin I stayed at Feilai Si, at JZ Club Guest House; it was just ok- I think there are better places - again have a walk around and have a look. Again you should try to spend at least 2 nights.

Thanks! I will just go there and find one in person then. But yes, I%26#39;m going to stay in both places for 2 nights each!

You need to visit the national park in Shangrila(sorry can%26#39;t remember the name)very beautiful color and peaceful there..hopefully next trip i can go to Meili snow mountain and Lugu lake
