Hi, I a thinking of booking a tour to China for this August and from there want to travel to Cambodia. I want to go from Shanghai to Siem Reap. It looks like Air Asia has the best prices with a transfer in Kuala Lumpar.
The flight leaves from Hangzhou airport late at night 23:00, I was just wondering how long it would take to get from Shanghai to Hangzhou airport, and if there was a direct bus. Also I am a 23 year old female traveling alone.
Thanks
Shanghai to Hangzhou Airport
It would be much faster by train. The D trains take 1hour %26amp; 20min and leave from the Shanghai South station.
Shanghai to Hangzhou Airport
I suggest to take D train just like annie said 1 hours %26amp; 20 min then take shuttle bus or cab ( i would suggest you running to the cab stop......so many people...you need wait to a long time or you could choose get out of the station then find a cab)
for shuttle bus:generally 15-30min between two shuttle buses depends on how many people take the bus. 50-60 min to get to the airport
if you take the direct shuttle bus from Shanghai to Xiaoshan airport, you could find the bus in the bus station of Nanpu Bridge
the ticket office is: 涓婃捣澶栭┈璺?588鍙?( the same place you take the shuttle bus)
the ticket is available 4 days in advance.it takes you around 4 hours to reach Xiaoshan airport
I forgot about the wait for the taxi%26#39;s at the Hangzhou station CuteMinMin:P Long line for taxis in a dingy underground area. Better do as cuteminmin said %26amp; leave the station to see if you can find a taxi or take the shuttle.
Just wondering how much the train is?
Also how much would a cab be from the station to the airport?
I might take the shuttle from the train station if taxi is too expensive, where does the shuttle leave from at the station and how much?
Thank you for the responses.
