We have just had 3 nights at the SoHotel Hong Kong. It is near the Western Market and Bonham Strand. I believe it only opened Sept 08. We found it very convenient and comfortable. I picked up a leaflet saying that they had a special offer starting from $700 from now until 31st. August (except April) This also includes a very nice Breakfast, Free Internet Service and Free local call service.

Hi, thank you for sharing your staying experience in this hotel. Did you enjoy visiting the ginseng stores around this area?

Belinda:- the walk to Sheung Wan MTR station from this hotel should be under 8minutes. This area(Bon Ham Strand) is well known for ginseng stores,and also stores selling abalone,dried oysters etc. Western Market is worthwhile to explore also.

The walk between SOHotel and MTR station is about 300 metres.
