I have quite a few friends in HK and have been there a couple times, but for the first time I%26#39;m going by myself and meeting up with friends while I%26#39;m there. I%26#39;ve stayed in TST every time I went (with family) and finally I%26#39;ve realized it%26#39;s quite a waste of money and time if I%26#39;m going to be in LKF EVERY night anyway.
I%26#39;ve stayed at the Sheraton which is now out of my price range and BP International which seemed like a waste of money to me. So Here are my picks. Right now Mingle looks pretty good. Bishop Lei sounds okay but the walk down the stairs every day sounds like a pain. I%26#39;m a single guy in his 20%26#39;s. Let me know what your top picks are thanks! I%26#39;m trying to keep the budget below 400 for 2 or 3 nights. I%26#39;m still trying to decide if it%26#39;s worth the extra cost to fly in Thursday Night over Friday night from shanghai.
Thanks!!

Hotel Near Transportation and LKF
The walk from Bishop Lei to Lan Kwai Fong is quite easy, if you use the Glenealy underpass after Raimondi College, you can reach LKF easily within 5 minutes from Bishop Lei. If LKF is your priority, Bishop Lei is a good choice.
If you prefer to be near MTR station, Metropark Hotel Causeway Bay Hong Kong is a good choice.
If you like to be near bars in Wan Chai, then consider South Pacific Hotel or Walden Hotel.
Hotel Near Transportation and LKF
I agree with Tin%26#39;s suggestion of Metropark, Causeway Bay. Not right at LKF but the transport is so quick , frequent and efficient you will get there in no time. If you decide on that hotel, it has metro system, bus and tram almost at the front door. A harbour view room makes a fascinating stay. Good luck!
